Arriving Late: • Check in at the Attendance Office before going to class. • If you are 30 minutes or morelate to class, you are considered truant! • Unexcused absences: • 6 unexcused absences = may lead to loss of credit. • You have 3 days to clear up your absences. • Excused absences: • To excuse an absence, your parent/guardian must call the Attendance Office, send a note to school, or fill out a J-31 card. • Please refer to the salmon-colored card for additional information on attendance. Fighting on campus will result in a 3-5 day suspension from ECVHS. • Electronic Devices • All cell phones and MP3 players are to be put away during the school day, except for break and lunch. • ECV staff reserves the right to confiscate your electronic devices. • Please do not ride your bikes • on campus!!!! Please remember that doing your own work is the best way to ensure that you receive a quality education! • There are consequences for students who are found copying the work of others; your teachers may not consider this “collaboration.” Academic Honesty
